Review conference of intership progam in 2021 and plan for 2022
Update day: 10-09-2021On the morning of August 26, 2021, the University of Law, Hue University held a conference to review the internship progam in 2021 and prepare the plan for 2022.
Attending the Conference, the units receiving the interns represented by Judge Hoang Quang Binh - Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Hue City; LLM. Dang Thi Ngoc Hanh – Chairman of the Bar Association of Thua Thien Hue Province, Director of Ngoc Hanh Law Firm and Associates. On the other side, University of Law represented by Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Vice Rector; Heads and deputy heads of the University; Instructors and representatives of Law students of Courses 41 and 42 attending online.
At the Conference, Dr. Le Thi Thao, Head of the center for practice law and corporate, presented the Review report on Internships in 2021 and orientation in 2022. The report stated "Hue University of Law, Hue University is a prestigious education and training institutions in the Central region, Highlands and the whole country. In both UNDERGRADUATE and POSTGRADUATE progames, University of Law always focuses on training practical knowledge for students.
The purpose of the progam is "practice makes perfect", ensuring interns have access to a practical work environment while still sitting at the school chair, and ability to undertake various jobs in different positions after graduation. Internships play a very important role to meet the above objectives. This conference aimed to review the internship activities in 2021, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the internship activities for the 41st course and the internship plan for the 42nd course”.
The conference heard 03 presentations with the following contents:
(1) Internship coordination mechanism and solutions to improve the efficiency of internship activities, by Judge Hoang Quang Binh - vice Chief Justice of the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City. Hue;
(2) Problems in the process of organizing and implementing effective internship activities, of LLM. Tran Cao Thanh – Center for practice law and corporate;
(3) The practice of managing internship activities at legal professional associations and the complete solution of LLM. Dang Thi Ngoc Hanh – Chairman of the Bar Association of Thua Thien Hue Province, Director of Ngoc Hanh Law Firm and Associates.
This is an opportunity for the University to review and grasp the internship situation of the students, and at the same time, listen to the feedback and exchanges from the units receiving interns in provinces, as well as opinions from interns in order to improve the effectiveness of internship activities in the future.
