On July 12, 2023, the College of Law, Hue University held a Graduation Ceremony and awarded bachelor's degrees to Laotian students of the K2021 Joint Law class (2021 - 2023).

Attending the ceremony was the presence of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Vice Principal; Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the University Council and other comrades in the Party Committee; Heads and deputy heads of functional departments and affiliated units along with all 59 new graduates attended.

At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the University Council, on behalf of the School's leaders, gave a summary report of the course. The report clearly stated: The training program has been implemented seriously and according to plan by the School. The lecturers have invested a lot of time, effort and focus in making coures suitable to learners' requirements, to improve the ability of students. Regarding learning attitude, students did not mind difficulties in material life or geographical distance, tried to study seriously and achieved good academic results. Due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic affecting the direct learning process of students, but with the constant efforts of Teachers and Students, the class has achieved learning results, shown as follows: Total There are 59 students recognized for graduation, including 55 students with excellent grades and 04 Vietnamese students with good grades.

In the ceremony program, MSc. Nguyen Trung Kien, Head of Student Affairs, announced the decision to recognize graduation, decision to reward and administer the diploma distribution to students.

On this occasion, the University of Law awarded Certificates of Merit and rewards to students who achieved high achievements throughout the course and actively participated in classroom organization and management.

Representing all students receiving diplomas, student Khavy Sisouvanh, expressed his gratitude for the teachings of the teachers during the past time and gratitude to the staff and teachers of the school. The university has created the most favorable conditions for the students to have the results they have today and promises to continue striving on the road ahead while preserving and cultivating the special friendship relationship between Vietnam-Laos and always remember the beloved University of Law, Hue University.

The graduation ceremony and awarding of bachelor's degrees ended in the joy and happiness of the new graduates and marked unforgettable emotions during the days of association with the University of Law, Hue University and with the country and Vietnamese people.
